Q: Do you sell direct?
 
No, we do not sell direct.
Giraffe Technology  believes in a healthy business environment so we only do business with distributors. 
 
 
Q: What’s your production time? 
 
It varies based on products and quantity. We will always indicate it on the first quote we send to you.
Products that are in stock typically take 5-7 business days; custom-made products take 5- 25 business days depending on the quantity and complexity. 
 
 
Q: How much do you charge for rush service?
 
We understand the speed of this industry and we always try our best to get the order to you as fast as possible without charging extra.
However, if you have a special need that is sooner than our normal production time, let your sales representative know as early as possible.
 
 
Q: What’s your sample policy?
 
Samples will always be free when the total net value is under $10.
For samples of above $10, we charge 1st column unit cost. Your sales representative will deduct this charge from your invoice when you place the order. 
Most of our samples are working samples. Non-working samples are always free and lanyard samples are always free.
We require FedEx or UPS account numbers on which to ship the samples.
 
 
Q. Can I see the physical proof for my custom made product?
 
If you would like to see the physical proof before committing to purchase we charge a non-refundable setup fee plus shipping.
You will either be able to prepay for shipping or let us ship on your account. Once you decided to move forward, the setup fee will be deducted from the invoice of your final order.
We proof by email by default so let your sales representative know as early as you can.
 
 
Q. I am looking for a specific product that's not in your product list, can you help me find it?
 
We have a strong sourcing team that will be able to find even the most obscure products. Check our Product Consultation page. 
 
 
Q.  Do you charge for PMS color matching?
 
We do not charge for PMS color match on imprinting. 
For items in non-stock color, normally the MOQ is 500pcs. Speak to a sales representative about your special needs. 
 
 
Q. What are your payment policies?
 
Once you have committed to purchase we ask that you pay 30% of the total cost (excluding shipping) as pre-production deposit to initiate the production. The remainder of the balance is due prior to shipping. Speak to your sales representative if you have special needs.
