Giraffe Technology Terms and Conditions
Acceptance Of Order
- All orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions ((the Terms). If for any reason Giraffe Technology Inc. cannot meet the required delivery, you will be contacted by a Giraffe representative.
- Giraffe Technology Inc. will accept no changes to the order unless done so by fax or email and confirmed by Giraffe Technology Inc.
- Quotations issued by Giraffe Technology Inc. are for price and delivery only and do not guarantee automatic acceptance of orders. All orders will be subject to Giraffe's credit terms and acceptance.
Artwork Specifications
- All art should be only sent to artwork@giraffeus.com.
- Vector files must be saved in *.ai, *.eps, or *.pdf formats with all text outlined.
- Bitmap files must be saved at a minimum of 600 dpi and at 100% of final output size. Laser, screenprint, and deboss artwork must have halftones and gradients removed prior to submission.
- Microsoft Office files are not accepted as artwork.
- Personalization lists must be submitted in *.txt or *.xls formats
- Artwork will be kept on file for a period of 12 months and then deleted.
- All other file types are not acceptable and will incur a charge of $25.00 [G] per half hour to convert to an acceptable format.

Copyright Notice
All the copy or material submitted by the customer for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by Giraffe as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection and that customer has the legal right to use the same in the ordered product. The customer, by submitting such copy of other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory on the items ordered will not violate any laws or right of any party or parties in or to the same, and Giraffe Technology Inc. hereby disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from and indemnify the same from any damages, costs, and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as a consequence of the factory's use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
Disputes
To the extent not controlled by federal law, all questions concerning these Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California as applied to contracts which are executed and performed entirely within the state. Giraffe and Distributor each agree to consent to the jurisdiction of any court located in the City of Industry, California with subject matter jurisdiction thereof, and consents and agree to the venue of the City of Industry.
Drop Shipments
- Drop ship addresses must be received at the time of order receipt.
- If a request is made to update the address after the order has left the warehouse, a fee of $25 per case will apply.
Giraffe Technology 24h Ship Policies
Giraffe's Ship 24 service ensures expedited processing for eligible orders. To guarantee successful fulfillment, please review and adhere to the following terms:
Eligibility and Order Requirements:
- Product Availability: Ship 24 is available only on select products marked with the 24h Ship
- Order Designation: Ship 24 must be explicitly noted on the purchase order.

- Artwork Submission:
- Submit complete and accurate electronic or camera-ready artwork by 11:00 PM UTC-8 to: artwork@giraffeus.com.
- Include distributor name, contact details, purchase order number, and file type (e.g., *.eps, *.ai, *.pdf).
Service Limitations:
- Processing Days: Orders received after 4:30 PM UTC-8 on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Imprint and Location:
- One-color imprint only.
- Standard imprint location only.
- Screen Print or Laser services, where applicable.
- Order Volume: Maximum of 1,000 units or EQP per order.
- Shipping: FedEx or UPS only; no drop-ship or split-ship addresses (single ship-to address required).
- Proof Approvals: Not available.
- Will Call Orders: Available the next business day.
Account and Service Requirements:
- Client accounts must be active and in good credit standing.
- New accounts or distributors changing group affiliations may experience a one-business-day delay for account setup before orders ship.

Payments
- There is an MC/VISA 3.5% or an AMEX 4.5% service charge on all payments made by credit card, Payments made by check or ACH will not incur addtional fees.
Pricing
- For pricing on orders exceeding end-column quantities, please contact our Inside Sales department.
- Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered, however, due to the nature of the decoration process, Giraffe reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered and will be invoiced at the quantity shipped.
Production
- The standard production time varies by product line and is approximately 5-10 business days up to catalog end quantity. Production time begins upon approval of proof and invoice payment. Orders at or above EQP quantities may require additional production time.
- If a proof or spec sample is required, additional production time will be necessary.
- Once an order is in production, no changes can be made.
- Cancellation of an order not yet in production will only be accepted if formal notification has been received by fax or email and confirmed in writing by Giraffe Technology Inc.
Returns
-All purchases can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.
Note: Customized products can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or is a wrong delivery. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The return shipping fee depends on whether it is our responsibility.
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid shipping label. There is a small flat shipping fee to return any unwanted items within the same order. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, however, additional charges may be applied for oversized/heavier items. In-person returns are free. If you think your return may be heavier than normal, contact customer support at 1-866-458-3849 to discuss. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment upon receipt. We do not refund shipping fees if you choose to ship your unwanted items through your own preferred method. Returns on average take two to four weeks to process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. All mystery packs, and items marked final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange. All merchandise must be unworn, and returned in the condition received with the original tags where applicable.
We understand sometimes things just don't satisfy, and you may need to change the logo color or something else, therefore, we offer one exchange for the item after communicating with our customer service, you can mail it to customer@giraffeus.com.Exchanges will ship once your return has been scanned as accepted by the carrier. You have 15 days to mail your return. If your return has not been dropped off by the 15th day, the exchange will become null and void. Further, we cannot guarantee the item will be available by the time we receive your return. If the exchange item is no longer available, we will refund the original payment method. We recommend returning the unwanted item(s) as soon as practical to ensure your exchange item is available.
Orders outside of our 30 day return period will not be eligible for a refund. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt and NOT the date of purchase to allow for more time.
If a return/exchange was processed within 30 days of receipt and has not been mailed, then please contact customer@giraffeus.com to confirm the return is still eligible. However, we will deduct a 15% late fee from the purchase amount upon receipt of the return from the original payment method.
Returns on average take two to four weeks to process depending on transit times. Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return shipping fee. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the credit to post to your account depending on the speed of your financial institution. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, our returns department will refund to the original payment method after the item has been inspected. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Our returns department will refund the original payment method upon receipt of the return. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund. Fast refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Kind reminder -Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. -Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Free drop-shipping to one continental US location about 2-7 biz days in hand according to the shipping address. Drop-shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico or any other destinations out of the U.S. is available upon quotation.
2-7 business days with free shipping to the 48 U.S. states(except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico). Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico, and Canada take 5-15 working days to arrive. The logistics cost is determined according to the weight of the purchased product and the shipping address, generally 10%-20% of the order amount.
